• LRC opened its Amsterdam office in 2016 to enable active asset management 

  • Since acquisition of a number of office portfolios, LRC have secured 16 lease renewals across the Dutch book totalling 35,000 sqm with an annual rent of €3.7m

  • 21 new leases of 20,000sqm with an annual rent of €3.5m have so far been negotiated 

  • An extensive Capex, upgrading and repositioning program is being undertaken

  • Within the portfolio, LRC has identified and analysed 5 potential residential and hotel conversion projects. A full analysis including financial scenario studies and plans of action to get these projects to the next stage is currently being carried out
